PURPOSE:To improve the pollution preventive performance of the shell of the hull while increasing the strength of the hull by forming the shell of the hull in double structure obtained by combining an inner shell plate and an outer shell plate through a bending preventive material and constituting said outer shell plate by metal having excellent pollution preventive performance. CONSTITUTION:Bending preventive materials 3 in steel with girder structure are mounted outside the inner shell plate 2 consisting of a steel plate, the outer shell plate 1 is installed outside the bending preventive materials 3, and the shell of the hull is formed by these materials and plates. The outer shell plate 1 is made up by a metallic material having excellent pollution preventive performance such as clad steel acquired by cladding copper or a copper alloy 1a to steel 1b. 4 is reinforcing material for the inner shell plate, and functions for increasing the strength of the hull together with the inner shell plate 2 and the bending preventive material 3. According to this constitution, sea life does not adhere on the outer shell plate 1 and excellent pollution preventive performance can be obtained while the strength of the hull can be increased by the inner shell plate 2, etc. |
