PURPOSE:To obtain an anticorrosive coat for molten Al easy to handle and having a long endurance life by coating the surface of a steel material as a base material with ceramics holding >=1 kinds of identical constituent element in common by a CVD method in >=3 layers or by coating the surface of the steel material with the ceramics with a different metal in-between. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a steel material as a base material is coated with a 3-layered coat consisting of Cr7O3 as the 1st layer, Ti(C.N) as the 2nd layer and TiN as the 3rd layer holding >=1 kinds of identical constituent element in common by a CVD method or with a 4-layered coat consisting of Ti(C.N) as the 1st layer, TiN as the 2nd layer, Ti(C.N) as the 3rd layer and TiN as the 4th layer. Cr or the like having a coefft. of thermal expansion between that of the steel material and that of the ceramics coat may be interposed between the material and the coat as the under coat and 1st layer. |
