The valve has a swivel slider to regulate a fluid flow particularly the coolant in an ic engine. A housing with an inlet and two outlets accommodates the slider in stationary bearings, the slider cutting off one or the other outlet partly or completely, under control of a thermostat supported between it and the housing. In addition to a first thermostat (13) is provided, a second one (14) operating at a lower temperature than the first one. The second thermostat is supported on the one hand on the slider (10), and on the other hand on a bush sliding in the housing (1) under control of an actuator.
