<p>In the method to improve the drawing during the colour image reproduction by a partial electronic retouching, the trichromatic sampling of the colour image of an individual colour printing provides the trichromatic components which are subjected to an analog/digital conversion and stored in a memory (1). To improve the drawing, the trichromatic components are modified point by point by means of portions which may be selected, and arranged according to the image of at least another printing. The portion of the trichromatic component represents the minimum value to be retouched for the trichromatic component of the printing. For each components of an image point to be retouched by the retoucher, by means of a coordinate (51) probe of a coordinate taking apparatus, a retouching factor is searched. This factor gives the retouching degree as to the number of retouches per point of the image. From the retouching values and the retouching factors, the correction values for the trichromatic components of the extract to the corrected are calculated. For the visual control the retouched or unretouched image will be displayed. </p> |
