PURPOSE:To prepare ''tofu'' easily even in a house, by using the same container for grinding, blending and heating raw material beans and for separating soybean milk. CONSTITUTION:The container 9 is charged with a raw material, e.g., soybeans, etc., the outer cover 18 and the inner cover 15 are closed, a starting button is set on ON, the motor 4 is rotated normally, the cutter 11 is turned, and the raw mateial beans are ground. After the grinding process is over, the motor 4 is stopped. Before the stopping, electricity is applied to the heating means 29, and the raw materal beans are heated with stirring. When the heating is over, the heating member is raised by the operation of the plunger 23, and separated from the container 9. After that, the motor 4 is rotated reversely, so that the container 9 is then rotated through the one direction clutch 6, soybean milk is centrifuged and made to flow from the outlet 22 to the mold container 2, and coagulated with a coagulating agent in it. |
