The multiple purpose agricultural machine with sections which can be used independently, has a grubbing section connected to a rotary harrow followed by a sowing section. Between the harrow and the sowing section is a structure incorporating a multiple linkage system operated by a hydraulic cylinder which enables a pair of intermediate wheels to be lowered to the ground. This is mounted at the end of a horizontal frame with longitudinal beams from which the first two sections are suspended and to which the sowing section is attached by swinging arms and chains. To enable sections to be used independently, they incorporate connections which enable them to be attached to the three point hitch of a tractor. The connecting system for the harrow includes links under the main horizontal frame and horizontal connecting members above it.
