<p>The bottle-filling machine has a stationary frame in which a number of valves travel round a closed path. Each of these has a spring-loaded component with a pipe extending into the bottle neck, the lower end of which determines the level to which fluid is filled. The pipe has a sealing ring, movable axially, working against the bottle mouth. The sealing ring (15) is secured to the pipe (12) by a screwthread, and a mechanism working with all valves in succession (1) turns each ring through an adjustable angle in relation to its respective pipe.</p> |
