Decorative double glazing - with ornamental patterns and foil strips bonded to inside of one pane

A decorative double glazing pane separates the two glass panes by distance pieces along the periphery. One of the panes has on the inside surface (or on a central pane in case of triple glazing) a pattern of decorative elements. The latter can consist of bonded geometric ornamental shapes or can be etched into the glass surface. Strips of plastic foil or of metal or wood surround the ornamental shapes. Such a pane has the same appearance as the pane of leaded lights but is much less costly.
