The cutter disc is intended for removing projecting ends of electrical conductor wires before or after soldering on a printed circuit board or the like. The disc is motor-driven (2) and has its perimeter chamfered to a sharp edge provided with cutting teeth whose rearwardly inclined leading edges (1) are sharpened.
