The coinbox device contains a coin insertion flap (1) and a return flap (2). The coin insertion flap can be moved via a connecting rod (8), a washer (9) and a shaft (10), while the return flap can be moved via a rod (11), a ratchet wheel (12) and the shaft (10) by means of a motor (3). The inserted coins (M) are in each case accepted by the coin insertion flap being moved to the right by anticlockwise rotation of the motor. The first coin in the coin chute, which coin has hitherto been held by retaining tabs (16, 18), is released for acceptance in the direction of fall (19) of the inserted coins. The remaining coins which are located in the coin store are kept free there by the movement to the right of a further retaining tab (17). When the motor (3) rotates through approximately 30-120 DEG in a clockwise direction, the return flap (2) is pivoted to the right, whereby the retaining tab (18) of the last-mentioned flap releases all the coins from the coin store for return in the direction of return (20). <IMAGE> |
