PURPOSE:To suppress the expansion and deformation of a water passage pipe and maintain tight adherence between the water passage pipe and the heat receiving plate by tightly fitting the water passage pipe to the inner surface of a recessed groove formed in an aluminum heat receiving plate, and forming a cavity more recessed than the heat receiving plate at the center part of the upper surface of the water passage pipe. CONSTITUTION:The water passage pipe 11 made of a copper pipe having an outer diameter slightly larger than the width of an opening 5, is fitted in the recessed groove 3 of the aluminum heat receiving plate 2. Thereafter, a press caulking process is applied to the water passage pipe 11 by a convex arcuate section, and a part projecting from the heat receiving plate 2 of the water passage pipe 11 is conversely recessed to form a cavity 12, and convex arcuate lugs 14 are formed at both left and right hands. Both lugs are grapsed by both edges 4 of the opening of the band plate 2. |
