PURPOSE:To obtain the titled laminated material free from thread-slipping or mesh- bending, by feeding a cloth sheet, knitted or woven into a coarse density, to a laminating hot-roll which maintaining the original shape of the cloth sheet, feeding thermally adhesive laminating sheets to the surface of the cloth sheet from its both sides, and hot-pressing the laminating sheets onto the cloth sheet. CONSTITUTION:A cloth sheet 1 having a coarse density, knitted or woven in the state that the value of nE/NE<1/2>+nF/NF<1/2> (wherein nE and nF are the densities of warp and weft threads per 2.54cm, respectively; and NE and NF are the sizes of warp and weft threads represented by English cotton counts, respectively) is 20 or less, is fed to laminating hot-rolls 5, 5' without changing the shape formed by a knitting or weaving machine. At the same time, thermally adhesive laminating sheets 2, 2' are fed to dhe surfaces of the cloth sheet 1 from its both sides. The laminating sheets 2, 2' are hot-pressed through the gaps of the cloth sheet 1. Thus, a very thin lightweight laminate 3 in an integrated form having a high adhesiveness is obtained. |
