PURPOSE:To obtain a contact photo sensor array which can read color pictures, by arranging transparent nesa electrodes and filter films for spectral diffraction of an optical fiber flux crosswise. CONSTITUTION:Conductor electrodes 14 with three windows formed respectively are formed and arranged on many nesa electrodes 6 which are formed and arranged on the face for formation of the output end of an optical fiber flux 4 of a contact fiber substrate 3. Red, blue, and green spectral filters 15 are formed and arranged in a band in the longitudinal arrangement direction of these windows 14a, 14b and 14c. A photoelectric conversion film 8 is formed on filters 15, and three upper electrodes 16r, 16b and 16g are formed and arranged in positions corresponding to filters 15r, 15b and 15g on the film 8. These electrodes 16 are connected to a scanning circuit and are switched successively to convert the light signal, which passed through filters, to an electric signal. |
