PURPOSE:To block securely the through holes of a pipe and end by inserting and contacting the special blocking member into the end of the perforated pipe having the many through holes shaped in the pipe wall parallel to the axis. CONSTITUTION:When the through holes 1 of the end of the pipe 2 in which many through holes are shaped parallel to the pipe axis in the pipe wall is blocked, the blocking member 3 is inserted into the end of the pipe 1, the neighborhood of the inserted part is heated and softened, and both are pressed. The blocking member is composed of the outer flange wall 4 fitted to the outside periphery of the perforated pipe, the inner flange wall 5 fitted to the inside periphery and the ring plate 6 connecting the ends of these walls, and the ring plate 6 is made to shape the bottom surrounded by the flange walls 5, 6 and the bottom face to meet the end face of the perforated pipe 1. And many protrusions 7 which are to be inserted to the through holes 2 are provided in the flange wall side of the ring plate 6. |
