PURPOSE:To operate secure sealing simply and with good workability by sealing with epoxy type two-component resin the joint of metal tubes connected by bayonet system each other. CONSTITUTION:When two pieces of the metal tube 1, 2 are inserted into both sides of the nipple 4 and their joint is sealed, two component groups of epoxy resin components (it is composed of epoxy resin and other compatible resin, e.g. phenoxy resin etc.) and the hardener components (it is composed of the hardener such as polyamideamine etc., filler, flow-adjusting agent etc.) are milled and the prepared two-component resin compound as a sealant is applied thickly and totally around the ring form protrusion 5 of the nipple 4. After the metal tubes are inserted and the sealant 6 is spread, the sealant 6 is hardened by standstill in that state more than hardening time of the sealant 6. |
