<p>PURPOSE:To make dispersion of barium definite by adding at least one kind of hydrophobic alumina or hydrophobic silica into getter materials. CONSTITUTION:Getter materials made of barium-aluminum alloy powder 3 and nickel powder 2 are fed into a metal getter vessel 1 one end of which is open. About 0.1-0.2% of at least one of hydrophobic alumina having an average particle size of 10-20nm and hydrophobic silica having an average particle size of 10- 20nm is added therein. The dispersion of barium is 165-170mg constantly and the dispersion amount becomes equal.</p> |
