<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a magnetic recording medium which exels in the electromagntic converting performance, the surface smoothness, etc., by using a binder obtained by combining 3-component group resin. CONSTITUTION:The resin consisting of 15-45% polyester resin, 20-50% epoxy resin and 10-40% nitrocellulose reding is used for a binder. Then magnetic powder is mixed with the additives such as a dispersant, a lubricant, a curing agent, a solvent, etc. to obtain a magnetic coating material. This coating material is applied on a supporter to obtain a magnetic recording medium.</p> |
