PURPOSE:To accurately correct the transversal positioning of expanded lattices, by arranging plural discoid projections symmetrically on both right and left external peripheries of a universal rotatory roller; the former plural discoid projections being fitted in a net-development part which is formed in contact with unprocessed parts of a band-shaped sheet. CONSTITUTION:Along the periphery, and at regular intervals, discoid projections 3 are fixed and arranged on the symmetrical positions of both right and left side planes near to the peripheries of a universal rotatory roller 2 which is fixed with a shaft 11. The arrangement interval (pitch) is approximately equal to longitudinal pitch dimension of a net-development part which is in contact with an unprocessed part 4 of expanded lattices 5. Also, the internal dimension between a pair of the projections on both side planes of the roller 2 is determined to be wider by 0.1- 0.8mm. than the transversal dimension of the unprocessed part 4 of expanded lattices; thus, the above internal dimension shall be the clearance, when the projections are fitted in the net-development part. |
