PURPOSE:To increase the starting performance of an engine, by using a prescribed signal outputted when a connection point voltage exceeds a fixed value as a timer signal, in an electronic timer which outputs a prescribed timer signal. CONSTITUTION:When a key switch 2 is set to a position 2-a, power is supplied to a thermostat 3 and charging to a capacitor 7 is started. When a voltage of the capacitor 7 is increased to higher than the voltage at + side of an IC9, the IC9 outputs a low level, a transistor 13 turns off and a display lamp 5 is distinguished. By matching this distinguishing time to an ignition time of the thermostat 3, it is not necessary for the operator of a thermostat to count time. |
