PURPOSE:To inspect the characteristics of a pressure sensor in the state of a pressure-sensitive element by providing an airtight fixing mechanism of a pressure sensitive element, a pressure applying mechanism, a heating mechanism and a measurement terminal. CONSTITUTION:For the fixation of a pressure-sensitive element, the pressure-sensitive element is pressed with a pressure-sensitive element fixing jig 18 by operating a lever 28 to insert a spacer of proper thickness between a movable block 29 and a stopper, and invariably constant pressure is applied by utilizing the elasticity of a rubber packing, thus holding airtightness to applied pressure for measurement. For the pressure application, a pressure source is connected to an end of a pressure lead- in conduit, and, for heating, a timer and a timer operation switch are connected to a hot-blast beater 22 to heat the pressure-sensitive element up to a definite temperature. Measurement terminals 23-26 are fitted to an arm 27 and the lever 28 is operated in interlocking with the fixing jig 18 to bring them into contact simultaneously with the fixation. Using this device facilitates the inspection of the characteristics of the element. |
