PURPOSE:To avoid the time loss due to waiting time between computers, by synchronizing the time enabling data transmission to the time of transmission request. CONSTITUTION:A synchronizing device 30 stops the clock operation of a clock device 10 at the operation end time of a constant period processing unit 20 when the operation end time of the unit 20 is faster than the time of transfer request via a reception circuit 50 corresponding to it, restarts the clock operation of the clock device 10 at rhe time of transmission request or makes delay the time of the device 10 by a precribed time's share. Inversely, if the time of transmission request is faster than the operation end time of the unit 20 corresponding to the time, the time of the device 10 is advanced by a prescribed time. |
