PURPOSE:To enable effective and high accurate molding of an wound core by a method wherein a metal mold for formation of -shaped is provided on a rotary table, and moreover the wound core molding device is consisted of an extending mechanism, a stopper for positioning, a cylinder for fixing and an elastic roller to press a steel belt and to rotate. CONSTITUTION:The fixed mold 106, the extending mechanism 109 to regulate molding size A through a movable mold 107 and a feed screw 108, the stopper 113 to poistion the steel belt 12, and the cylinder 118 for formation to press the steel belt 12 thereof to the molding face to mold through the roller 117 are provided for formation of -shape on the rotary table 102. The rotary table 102 is driven by a driving device 103 through a chain mechanism 104, the table is rotated in the foreward rotating direction in the range of nearly 180 degrees when molding is to be performed, and is reversely rotated to return to the original position when molding is finished. Accordingly because the steel plate is molded being bent in -shape having long one side, and molding size of every molding steel plate is regulated to the set size, automation is enabled, and effective and high accurate molding is enabled. |
