PURPOSE:To enable the outputting of a light signal direct from an integrated circuit device by connecting a light transmission channel for optical coupling to a photo electric conversion element incorporated to make a solid structure in a semiconductor integrated circuit. CONSTITUTION:An optical fiber 5 is mounted adhering to a semiconductor integrated circuit chip 4. A light emitting element 6 is arranged at an adhesion part to the optical fiber 5 on the semiconductor integrated circuit chip 4 and a fiber strand is arranged for the optical fiber 5 corresponding to the array of the light emitting element 6. As a result, an electric signal is converted into a light signal in the semiconductor circuit and led outside through the optical fiber 5. |
