PURPOSE:To enable the daily monitor of the users and the maintenance before system-down, by driving a network controller with a processor at the production of failure of a diagnosed computer and transferring an error information through the connection with the diagnostic device of diagnostic center. CONSTITUTION:A service processor 3 of the user's computer 2 and a front end computer 7 of a diagnostic center 4 are provided with network controllers 10, 10'. At the failure of the computer 2, the network controller 10 is driven with a connection signal of the processor 3 and the line is connected by calling out the diagnostic center 4 automatically. Thus, every time of generating hardware error, since the error information is transferred to a host computer 6 of the diagnostic center, the diagnostic center monitors the status of error production per uses at all time, and enable to furnish a suitable maintenance instruction before the system is made downed. |
