摘要 PURPOSE:To increase the sampling frequency of alarm points without narrowing a monitor area, by changing sample-collection-order patterns when a time-division multipoint measured value exceeds a set value. CONSTITUTION:Sample-collection request points are selected by a switch group 20 and stored in a normal monitor matrix 18 and while they are selected successively by the output signal of a timer 15, a measuring circuit 3 is controlled by a controller 16 to collect samples. A measurement signal 9 is operated 23 and the result is compared 24 with a target value set by a setter 22; when the result exceeds the target value, an alarm signal 10 is sent to the corresponding sample collection point 1 and a trend request signal 13 is outputted. A trend number limiting circuit 21 determines the number 27 of trend staffs suitable for the number 28 of sample-collection-point staffs and judges whether the signal 13 is to be trended or not. When good, a permit signal 14 is sent back and incorporated in a trend monitor matrix 19. After the measurement at a sampling point selected by the matrix 18 is executed, a trend request point is selected again and the measurement is executed.
