PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution and to decrease and possibility of leakage of airtightness, by sealing shell to a board forming a wiring pattern and a capacitor and sealing the shell and a can, in an oscillator sealing an integrated circuit to a sealing package. CONSTITUTION:A wiring pattern and a capacitor and the like are formed to a board 1 in which one end is a sealing section 1a, another side is an exposing section 1b and the intermediate part of them is a sealing part 1c, and a shell 28 is sealed to the sealing part 1c with a sealing member 29, and the sealing part 1a of the board 1 is sealed, by sealing the shell 28 and a can 30. Thus, the constitution is simple, manufacture is easy and the effect due to humidity and stray capacitance can not be made hardly. |
