PURPOSE:To obtain stable operation with high response against the variance of a power supply voltage, by combining a comparison control system with AC instantaneous peak value in a negative feedback loop, in a high voltage power supply regulator using a thyristor phase control system. CONSTITUTION:In addition to a trigger angle phase control circuit of conventional voltage controlling thyristors, an error voltage integration circuit 13, power supply AC full wave rectifier 14, AC comparison circuit 15 inputting pulsating current from the rectifier 14, and instantaneous voltage shape circuit 17 are provided. Two sets of contacts 18 in the block 17 are synchronizingly switched, and the output of the instantaneous voltage shaping circuit is synthesized three types of voltage waveforms and they are inputted to a comparison circuit 11. In the said comparison circuit, the said thyristor is triggered with the phase in which the voltage difference of the reference voltage coincides the instantaneous value of about 80-180 deg., 260-360 deg. phase angle section of a half cycle of the power supply. Thus, the response against the power supply variance can be increased and the cost and space can be saved in comparison with the provision of an independent power supply device. |
