PURPOSE:To improve the mechanical strength and shock resistance of the cut part of a parison, by inserting an insert member through resin layers outside of contacted wall of a parison to integrally fuse them when an end part of multilayer parison is closed and pressed in a mold. CONSTITUTION:When the multilayer parison consisting of an inner layer 2 (for example, of nylon), an intermediate layer 3 (modified polyethylene), and an outer layer 4 (polyethylene) is pressed and welded through end parts 5a, 5b of a split mold, an insert 9 (for example, of polyethyelen) is fused and soften due to thermal effect of the parison and pushed into the resin layers of the parison so as to pass through them and welded to them or at least the outer layer. A groove 7 for keeping the insert 9 is formed on a parison-compressing face 6 of the split mold 5a, and another groove 8 so formed as to confront with the groove 7 keeping the insert 9 between them. The length of the insert 9 of a sheet and piller shape is determined so as to penetrate through contacted walls 10 and to integrally weld the insert with the multilayer parison when the split mold is pressed. |
