PURPOSE:To prevent wrong issuem of a completion test end certificate by issuing a collation card at the position of engine installation onto a chassis on an assembling line and attaching the collation card onto the pertinent car and collating the card with a prescribed article card and issuing a completion test certificate. CONSTITUTION:In a truck assembling line 1, an engine 3 is assembled onto the chassis 2 having a chassis number punched, and a rear body 4, cabin 5, and various kinds of inner and outer fittings are installed in succession. At this time, the engine model and the chassis No. of the car aquipped with a chassis 2 and the engine 3 are visually inspected, and punching on a collation card 7 is performed by a card puncher 6, and the collation card 7 is attached to the car. A car present article card 9 is issued according to the instruction on the basis of the predetermined assembling schedule from a central control chamber by use of a car present article issuing apparatus 8, and the card 9 is attached to the car. After that, both cards 7 and 9 are collated in a collation apparatus 11, and if they are identical to each other a printer 13 is operated, and a completion test certificate is issued. |
