PURPOSE:To reliably take such a safety measure as emergency interception, by a method wherein a danger preventing current is generated by driving a generator by means of a ball weight released and dropped from an earthquake sensor through a rope. CONSTITUTION:When an earthquake vibration of more than a given value is sensed, a ball weight 11 is released from an earthquake sensor 14 to drop by its own weight. By means of said falling force, a rope 10 connected with the weight 11 and wound on the shaft of a pulley 7 integral with a rotor 6 of a generator is expanded causing the rotor 6 to rotate. Thereby, a danger preventing current is generated from the generator to reliably take a necessary sefety measure such as emergency interception. |
