PURPOSE:To readily measure the static adhesive strength, by giving a static load by pulling a test piece which is bonded to a body to be bonded in the separating direction by an elastic spring body. CONSTITUTION:The test piece 3 is bonded to the body to be bonded 2 by using the bonding agent to be measured. The end part of the test piece 3 is held by a holding means 8, and said end part of the test piece 3 is vertically pushed up. Thus the static load is applied on the test piece 3 by a spring scale 4. In response to the progress of the separation of the test piece, the static load applied by the spring scale 4 gradually decreases. At a certain point, the static load due to the spring scale 4 and the static adhesive strength of the bonding agent are balanced, the progress of the separation of the test piece 3 stops, and contracting displacement of the spring scale 4 also stops. The graduation of the spring scale 4 at this point indicates the static adhesive strength of the bonding agent. |
