PURPOSE:To increase the dispersibility of a magnetic paint which uses the polyurethane resin and vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer as a binder, by adding the polyester resin into the magnetic paint. CONSTITUTION:The polyester resin (such as ''Pyron 53SS '' by Toyo Boseki Company) of about 10,000-30,000 molecular weight is used. In other words, the polyurethane resin and vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer are used as a binder to disperse the ferromagnetic metallic iron powder. In such way, a magnetic paint is obtained. Then about 0.1-10wt% polyester resin is added to the metallic iron powder for such magnetic paint. |
