PURPOSE:To facilitate manufacture and to improve sound quality characteristics by forming an overlay fiber plate into a frame body by plastic deformation and by fitting a baffle board and a rear plate. CONSTITUTION:An overlay fiber plate 9 of heat resistance resin is humidified previously and a jig 10 is used to press the heated the overlay fiber plate 9 against the jig 10. In this process, the overlay fiber plate 9 is bent along the jig 10 and deformed plastically into its shape. Further, a joint plate 11 is abutted on two mutually opposite end parts of the overlay fiber plate 9 detached from the jig 10 to bond those two end parts together, thus forming the overlay fiber plate 9 into a frame body. Then, a baffle board and a rear plate are fitted to the frame body of the overlay fiber plate 9. |
