VACUUM PRESS ADHESION APPARATUS

PURPOSE:To improve the massproduction capacity with a shorter vacuumizing time by reducing vacuumizing space with a spacer provided on the side of an intended material. CONSTITUTION:After a belljar 5 is lowered onto a base body 1, a vacuum pump 2 and a pressure pump 13 are operated to suck air from an air hole 3 while feeding air from a pipeline 14. An elastic sheet 6 is loosened like U and applies a pressure on a film 9. The space for vacuumization is confined between blocks 11 and 11 thereby reducing the time of the vacuumizing work substantially. The feeding of air between the elastic sheet 6 and the sheet 10 makes the loosening the elastic sheet 6 more effective. In addition, the air is fed to a limited space between the elastic sheet 6 and the sheet 10, thereby lessening the volume and time for feeding accordingly.
