PURPOSE:To form a coat of synthetic resin on the end of work by working it with a pressurizing and heating devices such as hot plate and heat role of it is inserted into an insertion hole. CONSTITUTION:Work 3 inserted into an insertion hole 16 in such a manner as to be exposed from a concave section 5. The end of the surface of the work 3 is pressurized and heated with a pressurizing and heating device 10 such as hot plate and hot role to form a melted section 3 on the cut section thereof. The metal section exposed on the cut section is covered. A knife edge 7 is provided on a jig 4. When the work is withdrawn from the insertion hole after the end treatment, the knife scrapes a projected burr 9 developed on the top surface of the work thereby assuring an uniform plane. |
