PURPOSE:To release a call stop by decoding a signal from an originating side while enabling the call stop, by providing a switching circuit. CONSTITUTION:Wiring from an exchange 1 is branched into two; one is connected to a switching circuit 4, and the other to a release signal decoding circuit 2. A telephone set 6 is normally connected to a subscriber line through the switching circuit 4, and when a call is to be stopped, the switching circuit 4 is operated. If an incoming call arrives at this time, a message indicating that the call is stopped at this time is sent from a setting circuit 3 to the originating side. When the originating side requests a call, a predetermined release signal is sent out. On decoding the release signal, the release signal decoding circuit 2 actuates a control circuit 5, which controls the switching circuit 4 to connect the telephone set 6 to the subscriber line. |
