PURPOSE:To prevent a pulse-like voltage sent via one bus from being induced on the other bus, by eliminating an intersection of an X bus and a Y bus. CONSTITUTION:A two-dimensional image pickup device is composed with a common dielectric substrate 11 in one body and consists essentially of beltlike semiconductors 40 each made of an n type beltlike semiconductor member 36.
