PURPOSE:To prevent damage to circumference of a rotating body by supporting a separating member allowing movement in the direction to take in and out of the rotating body. CONSTITUTION:A separating blade 8 is supported by a supporting point 8' to allow free rotation and the tip of which is pressed to a fixing roller 1 by the action of a pressing spring 18. Another separating blade 9 is supported on a supporting stand 17 to allow free sliding and the tip is pressed to a pressing roller 4. Accordingly, when paper clogging occurs, the separating blades 8, 9 move to leave form the surface of the roller and the movement is detected by microswitches MS1, MS2. |
