PURPOSE:To achieve filtering only by adding a positive and a negative sampled value with simple circuit constitution and simple control by providing a specific information generator, storage device and arithmetic device. CONSTITUTION:A means of receiving N pieces of M-bit binary code sampled values and generating M pieces of N-bit information consisting of bits inverted except its polarity bit is provided. Further, a storage device MEM2 is provided to store values corresponding to 2<n> function values (f) readable on the basis of address values determined by the said N-bit information, and a value corresponding to a constant value A readable by a prescribed address value or a signal. For the calculation of SIGMAf, the address values are generated which are determined by the N-bit information and values corresponding to the (f)s are read out of the storage device MEM. For the calculation of a constant value A, on the other hand, a prescribed address value or signal is generated to read a value corresponding to the A out of the storage device MEM2, and an accumulator Acc2 performs arithmetic by using a prescribed equation. |
