PURPOSE:To flatten sound-pressure/frequency characteristics, to reduce higher-harmonic distortion, and to facilitate handling by joining an edge to a ribbon diaphragm and by supporting the ribbon diaphragm with a supporting body through the edge. CONSTITUTION:A ribbon disphargm 10 is made of a corrugated material, such as aluminum foil and beryllium foil, having small weight, high rigidity and high electric conductivity, and an edge 12 made of a high heat resistance resin film is joined to this ribbon diaphragm 10. The edge 12 is joined to a supporting body 14 by being sandwiched between a couple of supporting pieces 14, and the ribbon diaphragm 10 is positioned in the center of the flank of a magnetic pole plate 21 through the supporting body 14. |
