PURPOSE:To make it possible to save energy for a boiler, by detecting concentration of oxygen in an exhaust gas within a range where fuming would not occur, and by automatically and finely adjusting the amount of air such that the concentration of oxygen in the exhaust gas is as near to a less fuming limit as possible. CONSTITUTION:The drum pressure of a boiler 1 is detected by a pressure adjuster 19 to send a signal to a combustion relay 18 and to drive a main damper 4 through a linkage lever 12, etc., an oil register 9 is adjusted so that the damper characteristics of the main damper 4 would conform as well as possible to the characteristics of an oil amount adjuster 13 opening of a control shaft 10, i.e. opening of the burner, is detected by a load detector 22, and O2 in the exhaust gas is detected by a detector 17 to adjust the opening of a sub-damper 5 by a sub-damper operator 6. |
