In the case of a miniature relay having a coil former, which carries an excitation (energising) winding, and having a hinged armature (clamper-type armature) which rests on a yoke such that it can tilt and presses at least one spring (which is in the form of a leaf and is arranged between said hinged armature and the housing or a base body) against the yoke edge, the spring, which is in the form of a leaf, is constructed integrally with a coil former in order to achieve a precise method of operation on the one hand and economic manufacture on the other. <IMAGE>
