Concrete sedimentation measurement - using gas-tight container with sealed connected to threaded glass burette measuring all sediment

The arrangement is for measurement of sedimentation in concrete and gives error-free detection of all sedimentation occurring in a concrete specimen so that significant evidence can be acquired for each specimen, which (25) is placed in a non-corroding metal container (12). A burette (23) placed above the concrete specimen is used to measure the quantity of sediment. The container is sealed gas-tight and has a sealed connector (17) for the burette. The connector has a threaded bush (20) of acid and alkali resistant material. The glass burette is threaded (24) along the section engaging in the connector bush into which it can be screwed. The lower surfaces of the container top (13) and the connector have cone angles of 164 and 150 degrees respectively.
