<p>A sprinkler head for a fire extinguishing system, has a frame (1) with an extinguishing medium outlet (4) and deflector plate (8). A pressure screw (7) which can be adjusted relative to the frame (1) is situated axial to the outlet (4). A cap (9) seals the outlet under normal circumstances and is removed by a lever system (11) having a first lever (12) with a pair of side arms (16, 48), a hallow body (23) containing a safety device of melting type (24). A moving force (22) is attached to the hollow body (23) at one end and protrudes from the melt (24) and has a bearing slot (20) formed into an arm. The lever (11) has a second lever (26) which is in contact with the outer surface of the hollow body (23), extending between cap (9) and screw (7) to hold the cap (9) in place.</p> |
