<p>Biotic reacto vessel has an agitator whose shaft is passed through the vessel wall in a sealed manner using heated, labirynth seals having low coefft. of friction, and inlet spigots for germless connection of pressurised feeding vessels to supply lines as well as piston valves for germless feeding of inocculation media and additives. Vessel is also provided with tapping spigots associated with steam or inert gas flushed pipelines and heated air traps and inspection and indicating glasses and instruments which are connected to have vessels through interposed hydrophobic or microbe toxic seals. Used for prodn. of biotic masses or antibiotics, vaccines with the aid of catalysts in the form of bacteria, yeasts, moulds, viruses, bacteriophags, algae, vegetable and animal tissue cells or enzymes. Biotic reactions are carried out at optimal conditions and biological cleanliness is maintained.</p> |
