PURPOSE:To obtain a polyolefin resin compsn. having excellent mechanical characteristics and moldability, by mixing with heating a filler with a modified polyolefin resin obtd. by mixing a polyolefin, a free-redical generating agent and a specified modified liquid rubber together with heating. CONSTITUTION:A polyolefin resin, a free-radical generating agent and a modified liquid rubber having at least one side chain, which has one or more acidic groups, unsaturated groups and imide groups, per molecule, ore mixed together with heating to obtain a modified polyolefin resin (step I). Then the modified polyolefin resin is mixed with a filler with heating (step II). When in this step II further a free-raidical generating agent is added, physical properties and processability can further be improved. As said modified liquid rubber, there is used a modified diene rubber derived from a liquid diene rubber and having at least one side chain of the formula wherein R1, R3, R4 are each H, haolgen; R2 is hydrocarbon residue; X is H, etc.; Y is a linkage to a liquid rubber chain. |
