PURPOSE:To facilitate a delicate adjustment for positioning by retaining a gear box on a support base through a spherical sliding bearing. CONSTITUTION:A casing 1 is provided with internal bevel gears 6, 7 and 8 and an input shaft 2 and output shafts 3 and 4. The cylindrical member 9 of the casing 1 is fitted into a spherical sliding bearing 14 and supported on an installation base 10 through the bearing 14 so that it may rotate horizontally as well as vertically and is fastened to the installation base 10 by fastening a clamping bolt.
