PURPOSE:To generate a timecast tone by reading and storing a time, a chime time, etc., specified with time card entry frames, and by generating a chime tone on the basis of the storage contents. CONSTITUTION:A time card 6 has matrix-arrayed entry frames 7... for specifying circuits, times and timers, days of the week, chiming times, etc., and matrix-arrayed time specifying entry frames 7... corresponding to a row R1 and columns C1.... According to set data, those frames 7 are marked out in a pencile, etc., and the set information is read by a card reader and stored in external storage parts composed of RAMs through a controller part performing time clocking, display and chiming control. Then, those storage contents are read out and through the control parts, a discrimination between the timer specification and chiming specification is made and timecasting operation is also performed by continuing chiming operation for a specified time at a specified time on a specified day of the week. |
