PURPOSE:To prevent both the deflection of an end part of a wire occuring as the wire is rewinding and the plastic deformation generated in the wire as the wire has wound by making a diameter of a spool to be not less than a value given by equations and by winding the wire as it is twisting by prescribed angle, in the large sized monotypic spool in which the wire is wound. CONSTITUTION:A drum diameter R of a spool 2 is formed so as to be greater than both D1, D2 obtained from equations. Then, a wire 1 is wound into the spool 2 in the direction of the rotation of the spool 2, that is, in the clockwise sense in view toward the running direction of the wire 1 and so that the wire 1 is twisted by 90- 360 deg.C of torsion per a roll of the wire 1 round the spool 2. Thus, the wire wound round the spool is not made to undergo the plastic deformation caused by the flexure and the torsion generated in the wire as it is wound, therefore the wire 1 is taken upward easily through a flyer 5, and the deflection of the end part of the wire is prevented. |
