PURPOSE:To form the block core consisting of radial cores needing few number of man-hours for machining and assembling work by radially arranging a plurality of block pieces of silicon steel plates prepared according to a specified procedure, annularly shaping them and integrally fixing them. CONSTITUTION:The rectangular silicon steel plates 31 with length of plural times as long as the height of the block core and width W are laminated in a manner that length is arranged and the side 32 is placed at an angle of 90 deg.-180 deg./n in the width direction, and a square pillar-shaped glued body 33 with a parallelogram section, the length of the side thereof is W+4A (a is optional plus number), is formed. The glued body 33 is cut at an angle of 360 deg./n in the clockwise direction to the width direction, two equilateral trapezoids 35, one sides on the sides thereof are 2a, are formed, the trapezoids are cut in the height of the block core, and the block pieces 41 are manufactured. The cut positions of the block pieces 41 are etched with chemicals, a plurality of the block pieces treated are arranged annularly, and the block core 51 is shaped. Accordingly, the block core needing few number of man-hours for machining and assembly can be formed. |
